Founder/Director Wendy Parker
With wealth of finance and administration experience both as a team member and manager in small and medium businesses, Wendy is the heart and mind behind Pink Dandelion Business Services. Qualified AAT Level 4, she has spent the last 15 years as a Finance Manager with businesses with a turnover of over £5m.
Wendy also has a strong hospitality background and as well as working in industry, has worked in weddings and events for many years; and is responsible for setting up and then managing an award winning, premier venue in South Wales.
Keen to share a knowledge and frustrated at the lack of support for small business owners, particularly with regards to how to manage finances and understand how the business is performing, Wendy decided to take the leap and start her own business aiming to support small business, particularly those in the hospitality industry. The business started February 2024 and has grown from strength to strength.
Wendy is also available for public speaking, events and training days.

"When deciding on a business name, I wanted something a little out of the ordinary, that would cause a discussion and also represented me and my journey and how our clients would be treated. The aim of Pink Dandelion Business Services is to look at the business holistically i.e. the business, the owner, the staff and the numbers not just concentrate on one aspect. To treat everyone with respect and speak to them as human beings.
In some cultures, pink dandelions represent, manifestation of desires and dreams, healing, rejuvenation and overall well-being. They are known for resilience, strength, transformation and renewal."

After 8 years in the accounting industry, Leah decided to take control of her future and embark on her own journey. With AAT qualifications under her belt, Leah is sure to be an incredible asset to the Pink Dandelion team!
When she's not working her magic behind the scenes, you’ll find Leah traveling the world, crushing her CrossFit goals, or spending time with her adorable fur baby 🐾. Like many entrepreneurs, Leah started her business with a passion for helping others reach theirs. She thrives on hearing your stories and supporting you as you achieve your goals—especially when it comes to taking the stress out of finances.
Leah specializes in helping small businesses save time and reduce stress by implementing systems like Xero to streamline all the important (but sometimes boring!) tasks.
Administration Support – Beth Low
Meet Beth...
Beth helps behind the scenes doing lots of admin that I don’t have time to do. Beth is also available for any new clients who need help with their business.
Beth is passionate about business management, social media and helping business owners ease stress and workload. She has six years of experience in the wedding industry, which makes her perfect for our wedding industry clients.
She loves bringing structure and efficiency to businesses, helping them work smarter not harder, it’s all about the work life balance!
Beth used to be a Latin ballroom dancer!
